Tips and Tricks

  1. To move messages between folders, click on a message and drag it to a new location. See Using Your Inbox for more about working with messages.

  2. Right-click over folders and e-mail messages to reveal the shortcut menu. From shortcut menus you can create and delete folders, or reply and forward e-mail messages. See Using Personal Folders for more about folders.

  3. You can encrypt your e-mail for added security. Mail encryption is set on the Mail Security tab in E-mail Settings. Click here to learn how to change these settings.  

  4. Use the Address Book to save e-mail addresses and make addressing e-mail easier. See Using the Address Book for more information.
