Newly Registered Domain Name
If you just registered a new domain name through us in addition to your hosting plan, then please allow a few hours to up to two days for the domain name to be fully active throughout the Internet.  In the meanwhile, feel free to use the Temporary URL assigned to you to use FTP or to view your web site on the browser.  E-mail functionality, however, will work only after the 1-2 day waiting period.

Existing Domain Name At Another Provider That You Wish To Keep There
If you already have a domain name at another provider and would prefer to manage it at its current location, then log in to that provider's control panel and enter our nameserver information.  Please allow 1-2 days (and sometimes just 4-8 hours) to take effect.  In the meanwhile, feel free to use the Temporary URL assigned to you to use FTP or to view your web site on the browser.

Existing Domain Name At Another Provider That You Wish To Transfer To Us
If you already have a domain name at another provider and wish to transfer its registration to us, then please log in to that provider's control panel, acquire its Authorization Code, log in to SiteControl, click Domain Name and request a domain transfer.  In the meanwhile, feel free to use the Temporary URL assigned to you to use FTP or to view your web site on the browser.  Please note that during this period, some visitors to your web site will continue to be directed to the previous provider so it's important to not cancel that account until the transfer process has completed.  Please expect the process to take anywhere from 3-8 days.
