Manage Mailboxes


The Manage Mailboxes feature allows you to determine which mailboxes are affected by windows mobile policies.

 

To manage mailboxes:

Follow the steps to Access Mobile Services.

The Windows Mobile -ActiveSync screen appears. Click Change Mailboxes Windows Mobile Policies

The Windows Mobile Security Policies Summary screen appears. Select the mailbox you want to apply a policy to, and in the Policy Name column, select the desired policy from the drop-down menu. (Ex: New Employee Policy).
 

System Default: This option is the system default policy, which is automatically applied initially for all mailboxes. To understand what the default policies are, see the Mobile Policies Overview topic.

Policy Not Enforced: This option disables any policy from being enforced on a particular mailbox.

Repeat for each mailbox you want to affect, and when finished, click Update User Mobile Policies.

You are now finished managing the mailboxes.
