Using the Folder Manager

The Folder Manager is used to create and delete folders in your account. From the Folder Manager you can create a new folder, view the contents of an existing folder, or delete a folder from your account. You can also see the size of a folder.

To use the Folder Manager

  1. On the navigation pane on the left, in the Utilities folder, click Folder Manager.

    The Folder Manager - View/Create Mail Folders screen appears. On this screen is a list of the folders in your account, along with a summary of the folder size.

  2. To create a new folder, click New Folder. Then, enter the name for the folder and specify where you want the folder to be created and click Add Folder.

  3. To delete a folder, click the Delete icon for the folder you want to delete. When prompted, click OK to confirm the delete.
