Moving Messages

You can move messages to another folder, including a personal folder you have created. When you move messages to the Trash they still count toward your account limit and are not deleted until you empty the trash--unless you have changed your e-mail settings to empty the trash when you log out.

To move a message

  1. Select the messages you want to move (Click in the checkbox to select a message.)

  2. From the list below your messages, select where you want to move the selected messages and click Move.
