Merchant Manager makes it easy for you to track and control your stock of inventory by providing a number of special stock-related settings you can configure.
New in Version 4.5: The inventory page now displays thumbnail images of products, and a (+) sign appears next to products, which allows you to adjust details. (see step 3 below)
To adjust inventory levels:

On the menu, select Products and then Inventory.

Use the Go To drop-down menu on the upper-right side to select which category of products to adjust. Ex. Casual

Click on the (+) plus sign next to the Product that you want to adjust. Ex. Classic Dress Shirt.

Adjust the quantity under the Quantity column. |

If the product is not yet available or out of stock and you wish to indicate to your customers the date on which it will be available, then enter that date under the Date Expected column. |

For an explanation of the remaining columns, see the Default Settings section below. You can choose to either use the default settings at a global level, or change them individually here. |

Click Update to save your settings. |
To configure inventory default settings:

On the menu, select Products,Inventory, then Default Settings on the left-side menu.

Configure the following options as desired by clicking the option and then Edit: |

Check stock level: |
Checks the stock level when a customer selects a product. |
|
Allow checkout: |
Enables customers to check out with a product even if sufficient levels are not in stock. This will result in a negative inventory quantity for that product. |

Mark product out of stock: |
Indicates to customers when a product is out of stock. |
|
Stock reorder level: |
Indicates the level at which the product is marked for re-order. |
