MS Exchange allows you to configure your ActiveSync-enabled mobile devices to synchronize with the Exchange server mailbox at intervals as frequently as every five minutes, or automatically if your device supports DirectPush.
Although there are a wide variety of devices and configuration options, this topic will include some generic information that can be applied in many situations. NOTE: Your mobile device must be running Windows Mobile 5.0 or later.
To configure a Windows Mobile device:

Click Start > ActiveSync > Menu > Add Server Source |

Type webmail.exchangecentral.netowa2010.exchangecentral.net in the "Server address" field. |

Check This server requires an encrypted (SSL) connection. Click Next. |

Enter the following settings: User name: you@yourdomain.com Password: <user selected> Domain: UC2 (this must be capitalized) Click Save password. |

Click Next. |

Select the data type you wish to sync. |

Click Finish. |
NOTE: If your device does not synchronize, then please first make certain that Outlook synchronizes properly.
