Click Settings tab, followed by Shipping submenu option.

Check the box next to FedEx to display the configuration options (as follows).  If you are unable to check the box, then hover the mouse over the option and click edit.

Enable FedEx Shipping: It should already be set to Yes; if not, please do so now.

Your FedEx Account Number: Enter your FedEx account number.

Your FedEx Meter ID: Enter your FedEx Meter ID, or enter "NONE" to obtain a new one.

Which Server To Use: Select test to test, and production to go live.

First Line Of Street Address: Enter the first line of your Ship From street address.

Second Line Of Street Address: Enter the second line of your Ship From street address.

City Name: Enter the city name of your Ship From street address.

State or Province Name: Enter the two-letter state or province name of your Ship From street address.

Postal Code: Enter the postal code of your Ship From street address.

Phone Number: Enter your phone number.

Drop Off Type: Enter the number that represents the type of drop off you plan to use.

Display Transit Times: Select Yes to display the transit time for Ground or Home Delivery.

FedEx Surcharge?: If you plan to add a surcharge, then enter amount.

Show List Rates?: Select Yes to display List rates.

Insurance?: Enter the dollar amount above which insurance should be applied.

Residential Surcharge: If you plan to add a surcharge for Residential Express within US or Ground within Canada, then enter amount.

Enable Envelop Rates?: Select Yes to offer Envelop rate for items under 0.5 lb.

Sort Rates: Select High to Low to display rates from the most expensive to the least expensive.

Tax Class: If you use tax classes for products and wish to apply it to shipping, then select the appropriate class.

Shipping Zone: If you want to restrict this shipping method to a specific geographic area (state, country, etc), then select the appropriate zone.

Sort Order: If you plan to offer multiple payment options, then you can sort the order of the options displayed to the customer at checkout here.  The lower the number, the higher it is displayed.

Display Domestic Rates: Select the domestic USPS shipping options to offer.

Display International Rates: Select the international USPS shipping options to offer.

Click Save Changes.
