To order GigaMail
Note: In order to add GigaMail, you first need to create an email address. See the Email section at help-sp.hostway.com

Log in to SiteControl and click E-mail in the Manage Services area. |

Click on Gigamail
and then select the checkbox next to the email address you want to add GigaMail to:

Click the Purchase button to select either the Basic or Advanced GigaMail plan for your e-mail account. Basic = up to 500 megabyte attachments Advanced = up to 1 gigabyte attachments

Click Purchase Now on the confirmation screen. |

On the confirmation page, click Back to Overview. |

Log in to SiteControl and click E-mail in the Manage Services area. |

Click on the Gigamail link.

Click the checkbox next to the email address that you want to change GigaMail settings for and click the desired button.
