Adding a User

Depending on what level plan you have, your Fax over Email account lets you add additional users who are allowed to send and receive faxes via their email accounts.  

NOTE: These additional users do NOT have access to the Web interface for Fax over Email.

 

1) Login into your SiteControl account and manage your Fax over Email account.

2) Launch the number whose users you want to manage.

3) Click the Manage Users tab on the menu.

4) You will see the primary user email and then Additional User email boxes below.

5) Enter the email addresses of additional users into the boxes.

6) Choose whether you want the Additional User emails should receive faxes, send faxes, or both.  

a. As long as the fax that arrives to our fax server comes from these additional emails, the faxes will be sent.

b. If an additional user is chosen to receive inbound faxes, that user will receive all inbound faxes to the number, in addition to the Primary User.
