You need to have Windows Mobile 5 installed on your Smartphone to work
with these instructions.
On the Smartphone mobile device home screen, select
Start,
and then select ActiveSync.

Select Configure Server

In the Server Name field, enter the name of your hosted Exchange server. Ex. owa.exchangecentral.net

Enter your SAM name (found in SiteControl) Ex. mary_hwchi.com

Enter your Outlook Web Access (OWA) password in the Password text field.

Select the types of information that you want to synchronize with the server whether it is Calendar, Inbox, Contacts or Tasks.

Select Finish.
